HYBRID CONFERENCING
We have delivered Hybrid Meeting solutions to clients since 2008.
To enhance our outstanding technical facilities in 2020 we installed Christie Laser Projectors in the Assembly Hall (world leaders in laser projection).
In addition we have added 5 Video Conferencing Rooms to create 5 Virtual Breakout Rooms for clients.
Our WIFI is enterprise grade, free to use, available throughout the facility and
Wi-Fi Speeds: At 2.4 GHz up to 574 mbps; 5 GHz up to 4800 mbps - Broadband speed: up to 1000mbps up & down.
We provide LiveStream tailored services to clients.

Ground Floor Exhibition/Catering Area
The Exhibition Area can accommodate Exhibitors and Catering for Conferences in the Assembly Hall or the Ground Floor Conference Room.

Concourse
The Concourse Area is close to the Assembly Hall, Minor Hall, Boardroom and Meeting Rooms 1 to 5. It can be used as an Exhibition Area, Catering Area or simply a relaxing conference space for one to one or informal meetings.

Meeting Room 3
In the same corridor as the Boardroom, close to the Concourse and beside Meeting Room 2.
Boardroom seating for up to 15 people.
Theatre seating for up to 24 people.

Professional Audio Visual Engineers and Equipment
Our Conference Team includes an on-site professional IT team of six people and we use Professional Audio Visual engineers.
Our current provider is John Willis, Align Consulting. John is one of the top AV engineers in Europe. He works for the BBC, has been the chief AV and Tech for BBC live broadcasts (Proms in the Park), live studio and radio broadcast. He has worked all over the world as chief engineer for Van Morrison, organised all the Tech and AV for the last Cranberries World Tour and many others. John has been responsible for AV in the most famous concert and conference venues across the world. He is our dedicated AV Consultant and as part of our package clients have full access to John who delivers the AV and Tech for the event or works with the client’s Professional Production Company.

Assembly Hall
Theatre Seating for up to 1150 people.
Cabaret Round Tables for up to 250 people.

Large back projection screen built into the fabric of the hall.

Catering
Unlike many other venues who insist you use in-house catering we recognise that clients need choice. To give clients maximum flexibility we work with a range of approved catering contractors so that clients can choose their caterer and budget for catering. This ensures that clients have a good cost/value/quality delivery on catering.
We also work with the major Hotels in Belfast and catering can be provided by them. Our catering options are the most flexible in the market.
