1. CONFERENCE HALLS and MEETING ROOM DETAILS

Assembly Hall

Nowhere else in Northern Ireland will you find a conference venue which can accommodate up to 1150 delegates, provide a stage area flanked by two enormous stain glass windows and boast its own fully functioning church organ.

 

The spectacular Assembly Hall is the heart of the Assembly Building’s conference facilities with its sophisticated audio visual system, extensive array of screens and state of the art features. This remarkable room is indeed the most versatile and unique facility of its kind in the city of Belfast.

Ground Floor Conference Room, Exhibition Area, Meeting Rooms 6 and 7

Recently renovated and opened in June 2018, the Conference Room along with the Exhibition Area and Meeting Rooms 6 and 7 are all within the same flexible Ground Floor space providing the latest in modern conference/meeting facilities.

Concourse

The concourse is an ideal meeting point before, during and after an event in any one of the conference rooms.  This versatile space can be used for catering purposes, as a registration area, an information hub, or a meeting point.

Minor Hall

This elegant, sophisticated room oozes charm with its vaulted ceilings and stain glass window.

Meeting Rooms 1 to 5

There are five first floor syndicate meeting rooms, each with south west facing windows along one wall, air conditioning, comfortably furnished and fully multi-media compatible.

2. WIFI
We offer fast FREE enterprise grade WIFI throughout the building. The Technical details are as follows:
- WIFI speeds at 2.4Ghz up to 450mbps, 5GHz up to 1300 mbps.
- Broadband speed up to 1000mbps upload and download.
3. CATERING
We use a range of approved Catering Companies to provide all your conference and catering needs from simple teas and coffees to full banquet dinners. 
4. AUDIO VISUAL
All our conference halls and meeting rooms are installed with the appropriate audio/visual systems using the latest technologies. Our room hire includes the audio visual equipment appropriate to the room. We do not charge extra for the use of the equipment. For our larger conference and concert halls we also provide professional audio visual engineers.

Three large projection screens – central screen 19 feet 8 inches width / 16 feet 9 inches height with a left and right screen both 10 feet width / 7 feet height.

Three High Definition 74 inch screen monitors (1 fixed / 2 on stands).
