Minor Hall

Theatre Seating for up to 110 people.

Cabaret Round Tables for up to 72-90 depending on table size (8's or 10's per table).

Sound Desk and speaker system to accommodate a 110 seater venue.

Large back projection screen built into the fabric of the hall.

Meeting Room 1

In the same corridor as the Boardroom and close to the Concourse.

Meeting Room 4

In the same corridor as the Boardroom, close to the Concourse and beside Meeting Room 3.

On the Ground Floor within the Conference and Exhibition Area beside Meeting Room 6.

Professional Audio Visual Engineers and Equipment

We only use professional audio visual engineers for our conferences. We believe as part of our service delivery that this is essential and we include professional AV engineer costs in our pricing for the appropriate rooms. We have extensive AV equipment and include the use of all of our equipment in the hire. In additional we have extensive experience working with Production Companies. 

Ground Floor Conference Room

Theatre Seating for up to 200 people.

Cabaret Round Tables for up to 110 people.

Sound Desk and speaker system operated by Professional AV engineers to accommodate a 200 seater venue and three High Definition 74 inch screen monitors (1 fixed / 2 on mobile stands).

The Boardroom

Theatre Seating for up to 100 people.

Cabaret Round Tables for up to 60 people.

Boardroom seating for up to 40 people.

Sound Desk and speaker system to accommodate a 100 seater venue and a High Definition 75 inch screen monitor on a  mobile stand.

Meeting Room 2

In the same corridor as the Boardroom, close to the Concourse and beside Meeting Room 1.

 

Boardroom seating for up to 12 people.

Fixed 40 inch screen for audio visual.

Meeting Room 5

In the same corridor as the Boardroom, close to the Concourse and beside Meeting Room 4.

 

Boardroom seating for up to 18 people.

Fixed 75 inch screen for audio visual.

Meeting Room 5 is also our video conferencing room.

Assembly Room

Close to the gallery of the Assembly Hall.

Ground Floor Exhibition/Catering Area

The Exhibition Area can accommodate Exhibitors and Catering for Conferences in the Assembly Hall or the Ground Floor Conference Room. The space also includes Meeting Rooms 6 and 7.

Concourse

The Concourse Area is close to the Assembly Hall, Minor Hall, Boardroom and Meeting Rooms 1 to 5. It can be used as an Exhibition Area, Catering Area or simply a relaxing conference space for one to one or informal meetings.

Meeting Room 3

In the same corridor as the Boardroom, close to the Concourse and beside Meeting Room 2.

 

Boardroom seating for up to 12 people.

Theatre seating for up to 20 people.

Fixed 50 inch screen for audio visual.

Meeting Room 6

On the Ground Floor within the Conference and Exhibition Area.

 

Boardroom seating for up to 24 people.

Theatre seating for up to 50 people.

Catering

Unlike many other venues who insist you use in-house catering we recognise that clients need choice. To give maximum flexibility we work with a range of approved professional catering contractors so that clients can chose their caterer and budget. This ensures that clients have a good cost/value/quality delivery on catering.  

WIFI & Streaming

We offer fast free WIFI throughout the building and deliver the fastest enterprise grade free WIFI for any conference or meeting venue in Northern Ireland.

The Technical details of our WIFI are as follows:

- Wi-Fi Speeds: At 2.4 GHz up to 450 mbps;  5 GHz up to 1300 mbps

- Broadband speed: up to 1000mbps up & down

 

We also offer the IT infrastructure to facilitate Streaming from the Conference Centre which can be organised in advance.
